Problem with the mission "We Run This Town"

Hi, i completed all optional missions from Master Rank 1 to 5, but the mission "We Run This Town" still does not appear. There is something else that needs to be done to unlock this mission?? :(

is the "completed" text in blue or orange, if it is blue there is quests you haven't done yet

You need to do the Shara Ishvalda 6★ optional quest atleast once too. The one that only shows up once in a while for the duration of two quests

If you haven't done it, complete shows up as blue instead of orange.

This is what i needed. I complete that mission and "We Run This Town" shows up. Thx to all for ur help<3
