My Crusader Felyne
I like the Guild Cross Layered combined with the Faux Felyne a lot,
i even match the color of the Faux with my weapon element x)
What also should have a good look is Kushala Gear with a SnS, to cosplay a ancient Roman Centurio or Kushala Helmet, with Dober / Nergigante with a Lance to cosplay Greek Spartan Warrior... so many good idea's >-<
For my Hunting Horn sets I made this mix of Gala, Blossom and Harvest Layered Armor. Went for something "Broadway Flashy".
Yeah. Falling back on old habits about the phrasing of the term from games like WoW. Corrected in OP.

Just a simple mix between the spring blossom and anniversary event armour.
Mostly go with blast switchblade or dual-blades and pairs well with the white color theme.

AT Xeno gave me the piece I needed to finish my IG set. I'm not an IG main, but I recently got one of the new Kulve IG with Thunder and Crit Element that seems like it'd be great with this set to face her.

Terrible skills and stats, but still put out over 30% dps which I can't complain about
When it comes to actual sets though, can't beat KT and vaal on females.

Later in the game I got the Vaal Hazak set, which had vastly superior stats to the Zorah set. For a while I used the full set, but eventually I started to miss the Zorah coil. So this became my fashion:

The Zorah skirt is a slight sacrifice in performance, but when using it with the Dragonking Eyepatch and three pieces of Vaal Hazak, it still was a really good defensive set, which I filled with offensive decos for a really survivable balanced build.
Now, in the endgame, I like to use more varied armor sets for different tasks but I just need to have the Zorah coil whenever I play. Fortunately the gamma coil is something of an upgrade. I hide the head armor (or use the Guild Cross layered headpiece if I feel like it), and use the Harvest layered chest and arms. Most leg armor is hidden by the skirt. If I use something that isn't, I layer it up, but mostly the coil is the only reserved slot on my gear and everything else can be switched around.
Once again, gotta sacrifice a bit of stats for the skirt, but hey, gameplay makes much more of a difference than the little bit of stats. I'm not a speed runner. I just LOVE the look:

Lance build using Drachen to bump up to Masters Touch, but used the AT Zorra waist.
Harvest (layered) armor from the autumn fest.
