2: pony from hell.
3: lunastra...
4. Nightshade palumo, only bcoz of sleep dust, nothing else...
5. Rajang, simply bcoz he is hard to wall bang, just enrage 24/7..
What i dont understand tho is why most people dont like kushala, he is easy as hell with either rocksteady mantle or wind resistance....
And my nr 1 monster, thats not serious.....
For example:
The absolute bane of my existence is Rajang. I haven't even attempted Furious because normal Rajang is my kryptonite. It is simply due to how Rajang, as a monster, works. He punishes players who overcommit to their attacks, which is something I am very prone to doing. It doesn't help that I'm playing the Switch Axe most of the time, a somewhat slow weapon with very little in terms of defense outside of pure evasion. It's because of my weapon choice and my playstyle that Rajang is my personal most hated.
However, there are times where monsters have mechanics that punish everyone. Alatreon has a guaranteed party wipe if you don't deal enough damage, Lunastra's Supernova attack is likely going to absolutely destroy at least one of your party, and Kushala is just flat-out not fun to fight due to his wind mechanics putting everyone into a near-unavoidable stagger. It doesn't feel like you're fighting the monster at that point, you're fighting that specific attack. You need to play around Alatreon with the pressure of Escaton forcing more reckless aggression, until you topple him through elemental damage. You aren't fighting Lunastra, you're fighting against her Supernova, as you will die if she catches you off guard with it.
I personally don't mind Alatreon as much as others, nor do I mind Fatalis much. They're the strongest of the strong in this universe, makes sense that the fight is absolutely brutal. However, I get where everyone is coming from with them, and the other monsters. I really dread fighting Kushala every time it comes up, and I'm glad I'm past the point where fights with it are common. I don't really even bother with Lunastra if I can help it.

currently fatalis and AT Velk is on my list but, eh, who knows in the future
1: kushala and kirin
2: barioth (normal only, frostfang is fine)
3: legiana (both)
4: nightshade pao
5: great girros
Ancient leshen because if it birdcages you you're toast, making multiplayer truly mandatory if you don't have RNG on your side.
All other foes are at least manageable and fair(AT Nergy is debatable, the trick is to dodge left). I'm annoyed at Safi'Jiiva and Kulve Taroth being balanced wholly around multiplayer, but they don't have any moves that are truly BS(Even if Safi needs to avoid being over damaged or stun/flinchlocked before dropping rubble). Azure Rathalos and Kushala Daora can be annoying with the flying but they themselves aren't too difficult of a fight so I'll give it a pass.
Alatreon solely because it forces elemental weaponry in the fight, though I blame Capcom's gross favoring of raw for nearly every situation outside of quick hit weapons sans special cases seemingly making them think a boss that forces elemental makes up for the design oversight. Other than that, it's a good enough fight.
i lacked a team for 90% of my play time.
i got a hunting buddy now but long past ancient and behemoth.
so ya
THEY CAN GO DO ONE
Most liked: Alatreon, Behemoth, Fatalis
angry brachy simply too big to fail
Sure, avoid tornado, but I have to wait for it to get out of the tornado first, and sometimes, it'll start spewing wind while in the tornado, tedious, all I do is just walk in a straight line and I'll simply avoid the tornadoes it spews. But guess what, I can't do anything because it's still in there.
The animation lock another thing, just as tedious if rocksteady isn't up.
It can be avoided by shoving a lot of damage into kush quicker, but sometimes, kush just starts out with the tornado barrier after and leads to a padding of waiting.
Behemoth and rajang are next, for being able to bounce purple sharpness unless mind's eye is used or tender for rajang. I'd ramble more but kush takes it for being tedious to fight against by capcom due to excessive waiting needed.
