but i don't see myself going back with the old waccky gunlance :(
Would rather 4U be released so that people who started with World could experience "the game" all other MH are compared to.
The depressing part is you can't even get on Loc Lac because everything was tied to Capcoms own servers and Nintendos Wifi Connection. The information to connect and obtain the quests just isn't on the disk so you can't even emulate the servers like most other MH games. Loc Lac is forever gone.. (unless that server project ever gets completed)
mh4u HD remaster when
It won't stop them, and that's their own fault for not giving us even at least a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port we could get to work well enough with modifications. Instead they pull their bs exclusive that's anti consumer and then wonder why people don't get a console for that one game that caught their eye and end up pirating if given the opportunity.
I'd drop 60 bucks for a crappy port knowing the community will fix it playable easily, and I'm pretty sure others would be willing too. Instead they want 300 + 60 bucks + monthly online fee which simply scares people off and makes them pirate if possible.
Either they have statistics showing their greed to work or they're stubborn believing they'd lose more money the other way around. I'd believe it's second, considering one of the reason we never got a pc monster hunter release was that capcom thought monster hunter wouldn't be popular in the west, especially not a pc port.
consoles that run perfectly fine for far less: [exist]
everyone: [screaming]
And yet the asian market had like what, 3 monster hunter titles for the pc?
And a MH Rise port would hardly require a lot of processing power, compared to what we have with world.
