Best LS Meta Build for fighting Fatalis?

Although I swapped out handi 4+ with either coalescence combo deco, or specifically for fatalis I swap that out for hard fire resist. I definitely prefer tool specialist 5 for fatalis. I can eat for feline tailor and get good uptime on rocksteady/temporal mantles. That's basically what I run on fatalis if I use LS. Super safe to use on fatalis with the mantle uptimes, even in multiplayer.

There's a decent chance OP hasn't beaten Fatalis yet if they're asking for build advice for the fight...
