How do I get Ryu layered armor? Confused

They added the previously PS4 only quests, but I don't see heralds of destruction cry in the low/high event quests. Do I just do the setsu hado challenge quests then?

Yes.

Setsu hado ones for Ryu.

The other one with the Pink Rathian one for Sakura.

Doesn't matter which 1 you do. The different numbers is just to allow all 14 weapons to have a challenge.

Heralds of destruction cry is the AT Nergigante quest, right? That's under HR.

PC is not getting the quest that gives the Alloy layered.

It's not in Event quests. It's in Arena quest in Gathering Hub.
