A ton of channels have general weapon guides, but there's specific ones with all sorts of advanced techniques (they go through the basics too), like Zen's Sword and Shield tutorials, or Angbata's gunning tutorials.
Just avoid anything Gameconomist and you're fine. Arrekz did some decent generalist weapon videos that had Iceborne updates sometime last year (2019, I mean), but for more advanced techniques you'd need to seek out some specific things which is why I ask so I could point you in the right direction.
Also in curious as to why you said I should avoid gameconomist. Is there some drama I'm currently not aware of?
Not drama, I just don't find him to be very good once you know more than the rudimentary aspects of anything.
For SA, I find this to be a great one to get someone up and running: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYn9traQvP0
It's the one I used to pick up SA real quick as it changed substantially from Generations Ultimate to World, and I basically ignored it during my 700 hours of MHW on PS4.
It covers most everything you'd need if you're learning. I do highly recommend Power Prolonger and Evade Extender, the latter being a bread and butter of the weapon since its introduction.
Once you get familiar with it, if you like the ZSD play style I'd recommend Vivern96's speed runs. Though, he does use Heroics a lot, but he will show proper positioning, et al, quite well.
