Affinity Booster Quest Chain Bug?

I started down this quest chain after beginning the Iceborne quest line; I've completed the following:

A Tingling Taste
A Master's Toast delivery
Stuck in their Ways
A Fire-Spewing Brew delivery
A Sore Site

I've discovered/killed standard and Black Diablos, and everything that I've read tells me that I should be able to get a quest called "RRRRRumble in the Waste!" from the Third Fleet Leader in the research base.

Problem is, "RRRRRumble in the Waste!" quest hasn't displayed yet in Third Fleet Leader in the research base.

Has anyone else had/resolved this problem in the past?

Did you get research level for both diablos variants up? I seem to remember you need lvl 3 or 4 for both. Might be wrong about it..

Diablos already 4th level, and black diablos already 6th level. I dont know why :(

It seems that 3 fleet master will not offer this quest until she`s back from seliana and is in the research base. This might be your problem

it's done bro. I forgot to complete all optional slay both Diablos and Black Diablos in arena. Thank you for your help!
