Double regeneration?

I dont really know if you can stack them, but do you actually get any benefit from wearing the nergigante armor 3 piece set bonus of regen and the 2 piece set (from the new movie) armor applying the same bonus?

Nope. You get the hasten recovery skill which has only 1 level so they do not stack. The healing is also pretty bad because it's based on number of hits done as opposed to health augment which heals based on damage done.

Artemis set is still good though in early IB.

nergi bonus is the worst healing bonus in the game, so better ignore it and go for vaal hazak if you want to have an immortal build.
