What are the best bow trees to go down.

I'm fairly new to the game and I was using the bowgun for the majority of my time but I think I'm going to be switching to the bow what bow tree would you recommend me going down. I am looking for a bow that has blast damage.

Bows are best with elementals, so you'll need all of the ones with the best elemental in their category

this. only exception is Fatalis bow or safi blast bow on monster with trash elemental hitzones.

If you're base game, Defender bow is your best bet. If you don't want to use Defender stuff, I'm pretty sure it'd be Luna Ruin or Styx.

If you're in Master Rank, you probably won't have access to a good blast bow until after you finish the story. Lightbreak bow or Safi Blast are your two options.

Just keep in mind that Bow works best if you use elemental damage. There are a few exceptions where you'd want to use blast/Fatalis bow, but most of the time you want elemental stuff.
