Raider Rides unavailable?
Sometimes Raider Rides are available to me, other times they aren't. I haven't quite figured out all the triggers for them, and I'd like to get a list of what criteria need to be met before I can use them in a quest, or if they should basically always be available to me.

There are some areas of the maps that you need to crouch to get through. The raider cannot go through these areas.

That's the only thing I've really figured out.

I was in a 3-man hunt a little while ago, and at least one other player was using a raider to keep chasing the monster, but my raider wasn't available to me. Why was this? I was hosting an investigation quest to capture an Azure Rathalos in the Ancient forest, if it matters.

basicly if you use a raider ride in an area to many times in a row the ride has to rest before you can use it again.

you have to be friends with the cats in that area before you can use them there
you can't call or take tailraiders into an area they can't move through, like the crouch areas you mentioned
you also can't call them while you're in combat

I have befriended every Tribe, but that still happens sometimes, it doesn't matter where I am, the riders icon is crossed out for the whole quest, while others seem to call them since quest beginning.

If you look under "Palico Info" you can see their fatigue level. I think it goes from "Excited" at 100% energy, "Eager" at like 50% energy, and then "Resting" or whatever at 0% energy. Not entirely sure how much energy is used per quest, but if you're doing repeated quests in the same region and you use your tailraider each time, they'll quickly become tired and then require a quest or two of rest before you can use them again.

It's a neat and "realistic" mechanic but also kind of a silly one, it's not like there's only one Jagras or whatever in the world that can be tamed, right?
