Where's my Frost Fang armor?

I did they USJ: Ballet of Frost twice and the Frost Fang armor did not shown up at the Smitty. I could not hunt Frost Fang the first time it was around because i wasn't quite prepared (was MR 5-6 or something), just saw that it was available under Event quests and gave it a shot... First time i lost connection mid-quest and thought it could mess things up with the rewards and whatnot, so i did the quest a second time and didn't had and DC or anthing like that and still, no armor.

Is that a bug? I need to do a specific quest to be able to craf its armor?

It unlocks when you obtain a Frostfang Ticket, not his materials, which is from the "Last White Knight" Event quest, in which you fight a Tempered version.

It's a bit dumb, I know.

And the nice thing is, it does still require his materials, so you will at least have a head start :)
