Cant forge level 2 charms. What am I missing?
I just entered iceborne and I want to get the highest possible stun charm. I have stun charm 1 and I farmed everything needed for the stun charm 2. The smithy wont let me forge the stun charm 2

Not even a minute after I posted this I thought about looking under "Upgrade equipment" instead of forge new equipment
The option to get the stun charm 2 was indeed under upgrade equipment at the smithy

You upgrade charms, you need to go to upgrade equipment and locate the charm in your equipment list to get the next level.
