Hop in, trigger fortify twice, then grind until you get a notice that you can't carry any more rewards. Multiple level ups there.
In Master Rank, the ranks just kind of come to you but I imagine it's frustrating early on before you reach MR 70 - MR 200 though. Fastest XP would be Tempered monsters, or going on huge hunting sprees in the Grinding Lands, Grinding Lands gives a lot of XP and if you do a lot of murdering there you'll notice each time you report that your MR just flies up, typically netting you a level up every single thing you kill.
Do Tempered monsters for decorations as well as MR XP, and do Grinding Lands for materials (preferably a useful material like Glavenus Smouldering / Tempered Tailedges) while you also gain lots of MR XP as well.
Also Kulve Taroth, Alatreon and Fatalis chuck out huge amounts of MR XP for what it's worth, if you're able to fight and defeat those you can level up a fair chunk each time you succeed, and as a plus side they're pretty fun monsters to fight too, so you won't get bored!
