tigrex or bererk tigrex , you can run gold rathian with it to add divine blessing for more survivability
evade window is also a good skill for sns to go with basics skilsl supp
wide range 5 free meal 3 earplug 5 speed eating 3 mushromancer 3 so you have almost infinity heal with those basic skill
also do not corner heal if going down this road
help with the dps flinching dragon pod interrupting only 2 dragon pods will save the group

You actually have too many heals with the free potions+ at the start of the quest. Free Meal Secret is only useful if you plan on spamming potions or perhaps want to use Mega Armorskin, Mega Demondrug and Ancient Potion potentially for free. Mushroomancer is a waste of skill points in any given situation.

What I suggest, if you want Free Meal Secret, is to go for Tigrex or Brute Tigrex and choosing either Attack or Earplugs, whichever you think would benefit your playstyle the most. You might also consider going Silver Rathalos and capitalizing on the 3+2 set bonuses and the SnS ability for powerful slinger bursts. Get yourself a Shaver deco so your group will love you more and you have more shiny rocks to throw at the monsters face.

These are some tools that can just be really annoying for the monsters to deal with. In normal hunts don't worry about defensive skills as you're pretty much unkillable as it is. If you're bringing this up against Fatalis then by all means exploit the hell outta it's dragonpods and weakness to them. Bring partbreaker and when you run out of ammo focus on clutching the head.
I can't say anything on the actual armours as that's up to you (but as people have said, kulve and tigrex good), but personally I find the must-have skills for a support build to be
speed eating and wide range, with free meal too

anyone who says free meal isn't useful is an absolute liar

It's one of those skills where if you have a chance to take it or Crisis and you'd not using a Lance or Gunlance then why the hell not go for potential free potions? Even if you're not running Free Meal Secret chances are you have enough potions for any given hunt that doesn't require you spam them. You can heal a lot of damage with 30 potions, not counting the potions the others are bringing with them. You're cat is also immortal at that point as even if they faint they still have a health bar you can instantly fill back up again.
