no there is no way to distinguish the quests
Safi and Kulve Taroth will still rotate every 2 weeks so these quests will never be available at the same time. Safi will receive solo and duo scaling as well. All of the festivals will rotate every 2 weeks as well so it takes 10 weeks to see them all. You'll also be able to craft every unique festival ticket at the elder melder.
You will not miss out on any content as the only event quests that aren't permanent are gimmicky quests to celebrate certain occasions and these quests do not have any unique rewards.
There might be a few sources of information on the internet that showcase each unique reward on a quest by quest basis. I believe Arekkz gaming on Youtube made video's about event quests where he showcased their respective rewards. You can probably find a few forum posts about this as well and the wiki also has a database which lists every event quest and it's rewards.
I hope that this answers your question!
so there's no need to worry or rush. in give or take a month this event quest pressure becomes a memory.
if you want specific stuff from an event, you'll have to google it to figure out what the quest name is, and what you have to farm from it. these are well documented, so you'll be fine there.
dont worry about seasonal events either. there are new recipes at the melder to allow you to change stuff into seasonal tickets.
