Any mods to skip the counter at the end of quests?

Just gather the resources, dude. You can use them to meld later. When you do fight Fatalis solo a lot, you'll realize it drains Dash Juice, MDD, and MAS, like crazy. Ores and bones and great hornflies will decrease the need to farm Dash Juice directly. Melding decos and all those weapons aren't free either.

You can use cheat engine to turn the timer to whatever you want. I don't know which table it is, google is your friend. The downside is that you need to open cheat engine every time you boot the game, as well as manually set the timer at each mission, which is more inconvenient than I think it's worth. But AFAIK, that's really your only option.
