And by cheaper i mean relese price not sale price as in World did cost 60 $/Euros day one.
I mean by switch standards it's a pretty impressive game on the system.
But assuming they don't straight up remake the graphics for PC as in add better textures more polygons etc the game will be a downgrade compared to world in every regard.

TO be fair i imagine hardcore fans dont care and on the bright side many people who could not run World will be able to run rise as switch is basically as powerful as a 2010 PC give or take.
I personally will buy the game day one but i would not mind a slight price reduction seeing as we had to wait for the game a long time.

Not really, I can hope Capcom gives discounted prices for it, but I suspect they'll release Sunbreak with it so it'll still most likely be 60+ Dollarydoos as I'll end up getting both so I won't have to play on the tiny switch screen again. Will I have to grind all over again? Yes. Will I have fun doing it? Also Yes.

PC is early 2022, Sunbreak is in Summer 2022.
Blame Nintendo, but at least PC doesn't have to wait like it did for IB

What if they already had the good graphics but downgraded for switch. Also I think it might get a HighRes texture pack as World did, as a free DLC but came a bit later

It has lower graphics than world, less enviroment, less content, etc...so Rise only will be cheaper but Sunrise price will be spicy because thats what we all want.

Literally none of that matters. When rise comes to PC, its going to be 60$.
