You can't, to lure a tempered monster you first need to increase the level of the area where that tempered monster spawns and then lure it and it may spawn tempered.

No, the monster will be tempered or not depending on your level. At level 1: noting you'll spawn will be tempered. At level 7: everything will be tempered


Lvl 5: tier 1 and basic tier 2 monsters will be tempered (pukei & rathalos for example)

Lvl 6: rare tier 2 monsters will be tempered (azure rathalos & shrieking legiana for example)

Lvl 7: tier 3 monsters will be tempered (elders & jho for example)

so the normal monsters that i lured (tempered savage jho) would have a chance to be tempered when i lure him?

It's not a matter of whether u can get them or not. Its a matter of whether the Mon that spawns from the lure will appear tempered or not. Using a lure to spawn a Mon at a higher leveled region (Lvl 6 or 7) will guarantee a tempered version. Its best to look at a list to see what specific mons will appear as tempered at which level & at what region.

Depends on your Guiding Lands levels. Lures are just those you have. For example if you got a Rathalos lure, if you use it on Forest lv 1 to 4 it comes not tempered. If you use the same lure of that Rathalos on Forest lv 5 to 7 it comes tempered.

You can check what are the odds of monsters spawning in each area and their tempered versions on your hunters notes. There are some monsters that can spawn anywhere but can only spawn tempered in a certain region (tempered rajang will only spawn in the volcano).

Exception made for the Ruiner Nergigante that has a chance to come tempered or not to a lv 6-7 zone if not lured to Tundra. In Tundra lv 7 Ruiner comes 100% tempered.
