What is your favorite armor set?

Stats, style, modded, or un-modded, layered it doesn't matter the reason, what is your favorite armor set?

Safi 5-pieces armor, them elemental boost and free 40% affinity is just too good for my Bows.

Safi set is probably the best overall (from look to usefullness).
But just for look the best for me is the MR Kul sets (hard to choose between the alpha and beta). Follow by the Sizzling Spice Fest set. (And I'm talking about the male armour here, since I only use male character)

Maybe the Kushala Daora set simply because it looks great combined with a lance.

From World, probably Guild Palace or Legiana b+. Frostfang b+ also looks pretty neat with the hair. This is for female armor sets, mind you, I haven't progressed a male character into Iceborne and likely never will tbh.

Vaal gamma with everything colored a high saturated dark purple. It reminds me alot of Gores armor, and it just looks awesome.

MR Kulve Taroth, simply for it's high defense and Fast Eating 3, a must have skill for me! For style, lots of the MR armor sets is beautiful, i'm digging the Kadachi ones.

MR Teo and any Zorah gear are my favorites. Teo's just looks sick, and MR Zorah's looks great too and comes with artillery boost, so its good for bowgun and gunlance builds. AT Zorah matches Wyvern ignition visually, so the layered version is great.

Stats-wise... Safi'jiiva's Beta set.

Looks-wise... Tentacle (Namielle) Alpha.

Every one of my Monster Hunters has had a sort of "signature outfit" ...
My 3U hunter wore Nargacuga Z (Green Narga, and hands down the best Bow set in 3U)...
My 4U hunter wore the GX Esurient (the stats were terrible, but it was the best-looking by miles)...
My GU hunter wore the Grand Crusher set (Furious Rajang Gunner) as her signature set...

... and Tentacle Alpha has become my World hunter's signature gear (but with Strategist Spectacles instead of the helm)... coloured in Brachy Green. It is just a transmog via a mod on top of other armour, but is still my most used visual armour.

MR Alatreon beta with color customization. I love the stats and buffs on this set + if you get your colors right it really looks great. Menacing, evil and powerful and it is kinda a contrast to those weeb armor sets. All in all it looks like an armor from a strong monster, which is lacking in many armor sets sadly.

I don't think I like anything else. I've been a fan of MR Kushala with MRKT beta horns (unfortunately had to mod the female tiara out of the game, gimmie those horns boi) for a while now. But if I had to pick a favorite of all time, it's for sure Xeno'jiva Alpha.

Not sure if you're using the transmog mod... nor what gender you're playing (I play female)...
... but Alatreon Beta looks really good with Nightshade Paolomu Beta arms... and not too bad with Blackveil Vaal Hazak Beta arms too.

I think the only weak point of the Alatreon Beta armour is the huge waist part, but I just swap that out for something unobtrusive like the Buff Body waist.
