In other words... I think the Fatalis SnS is trash, but I didn't test it so far. Don't take that as an statement for recommendation, I'm only theory crafting here as a normal mortal player.
Critical Hit with Critical Boost 1: +30% damage bonus
Critical Hit with Critical Boost 2: +35% damage bonus
Critical Hit with Critical Boost 3: +40% damage bonus
You can also hit a negative critical hit if your weapons Affinity (essentially Critical Hit Chance) is negative, such is the case with a lot of high raw weapons including Fatalis' ones. In this case you'll do receive -25% damage that you normally would...I do not believe the Critical Boost skill influences this in any way.
There's also Critical Status and Critical Element as well as their improved "True" versions concerning Elemental and Status weapons which do bonus Elemental or Status based damage on critical hits, but I have no clue how much or how effective they are since I never pay attention to Element and Status.
