Sealed Dragon Cloth Layered?

Is there finally a layered version of this magnificent scarf now that all MR armor is supposed to have a layered version? If yes whats is required to get it?

No Buff Body either, I am hoping it'll come with some later Event quests, maybe. It might be in the game already but simply doesn't appear until we obtain tickets from planned Event quests for this month...?

Buff body layered was shown and mentioned in the patch info trailer so its either an event quest or has some special requirements.

Why don't you simply mention the event quest instead of posting a stupid video?
you need the event quest "brand new brute", which isn't available right now, hopefully this schedule nonsense finds its end in december with patch 15.10
