How to unlock quest for fatalis ?
I'm the only one ?, i'm RM100 and no new quest at seliana and when i try to join the quest for alatreon, they say me, i need to finish the game '-'

You have to complete the Safi'Jiva Recon Assignment.
And a new Alatreon Assignment(its weaker than the normal one)

After you have done both you can talk to the A-Lister in Seliana.
