But yea, Brute is great. Roar beam is the best move in the entire game and makes me laugh every time.
Tigrex on the other hand takes one look at the watch on his arm/wing and goes: 'Oh good heavens, look at the time!' *Starts running back and forth 9 times in a row*
Best solution I think is to try and break his limbs as fast as possible so he stumbles when he trys to run.
when i dont feel like taking tigrex's crap, i use a lance or gunlance and his charging gimmick goes out the window.
but yeah, monsters that charge repeatedly can really ruin your day. tigrex's charges are so crazed you'd think it was an undead chasing you lol
BTW: brutex is actually easier than regular. His roar windows are so long and frequent that breaking his limb is trivial.
Piercing Pods (he drops a lot of them), Bomb Pods, Thorn Pods, Crystal Burst, Scatternuts, or Flash pods, mostly anything that would stagger it.
2) press R2
Just use a Lance or GL.
