Are Mods allowed such as Damage increase or getting batter items from the reward box?

Hi, can i use Mods which allowes me to farm rare items such Decos in the MP?
or can i get banned for this?

So far no-one has gotten banned for any mod as of yet. If you’re going to get a mod for decos I’d recommend just getting the All Items Trader mod so you can just buy what you desperately want, and uninstall it when your done. Just make sure to only buy items at are obtainable through normal means, make a backup of your save if you’re feeling a little risky though.

lol, I know that feeling though, was struggling for a long time to get a guard up gem. Eventually said ♥♥♥♥ it and got the mod.

Cheating doesn't get you banned. However, please avoid using damage multiplier mods or ♥♥♥♥ like that in multiplayer, you are partially ruining legit player's hunts.

You can do whatever you want in your solo play. But please do not use any performance enhancing mod/cheat in multiplayer (it will ruin other ppl's playing experience).

Bright side, this confession of cheating makes it easier to put you on ignore. No beating around the bush or being too proud to admit you resorted to cheating, you just came right out and said it and saved me some headache later down the road, not that you'd have much reason to visit the forums if you're cheating everything into the game. Other than the CORRECTION I made to Zhou Yu's comment I agree with him. Don't bother ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with drop chance alterations, you're no better than anyone who cheats in the decorations regardless of how you go about it. So, don't half-ass it. As far as boosting your damage, just stay the ♥♥♥♥ off MP. Seriously, you're just embarrassing yourself and ruining the gameplay of other players. Besides, why would you even bother with a "damage increase" cheat? Again, don't half-ass it and just get the 1-shot cheat because you're no better than anyone running this cheat anyway.

But to answer the question, yes mods are allowed, it at least they are not discouraged as long as you DO NOT mod in paid content like the pendents etc. Though there are plenty of fan made cosmetics that you can use

Also, if you use damage mods, do not join multiplayer, not everyone want to cheat, and it will not win you any friends, but if you want to obliterate a monster, by all means go ahead, just play solo :)

Little bit of column A, little bit of column B. Mainly due to this being early into Iceborne so keeping it around would guarantee that it would mess something up. Also because I didn't really need it anymore and it was easy enough to install if I actually wanted it again. Oh yea, also ♥♥♥♥ farming Great Jagras/Lavasioth for the gems. I tried till Iceborne came out to get that Guard Up gem legitimately. But that damn DesireSensor wouldn't let me.
