It does but the effect is way too small. Lv3 quick sheath reduces the sheath time for 0.1s.

It does, but its basically not worth it at all, maybe if you really have nothing else to put on your build.

It is at least never a useless skill, but far less good than you'd hope for longsword.

Quick sheath is a fairly situational skill and some weapons benefit more from it then others.
Like other users already explained ; the effect on the LS are slim at best and youre better off slotting something else into your build.

Quick sheath works wonders on weapons with a low sheath speed, but I personally prefer other defensive skills instead such as evade extender.

why use quick sheat on ls? use it on weapon that has really long sheating time such as greatsword
