Lunastra. Above Insanity :/

Even AT Vaal has predictable linear moves and plenty of time inbetween for attacks.
Lunastra is on steroid all the time and weakpoint is head which is pretty much breathing fire all the time,impossible with melee

You could try Insect Glaive. Lunastras weakness are also her wings. So with Insect Glaive you could aerial attack her wings all the time. It worked for me recently so far.

Other than that you could try a ranged weapon like a bow which also works very nice with all the side dashing.

And if you wanna do only melee weapons than i would recommend you to watch videos. This always helpes me.

Luna aint weak on the head against cutting weapons, except Lance. Go with Blunt types on the head. Wings is her weakspot against cutting, so if you insist on bringing a cutting type, ditch Weakness Exploit and get other skills. She is weakest on the tail for ranged, but her head still procs Weakness Exploit so the head still is the best target for ranged, since time to time she will get KOed

blast blight resistance, fire resistance, fire mantle, temporal mantle, dragon element blade with high elder seal, cool drinks (even out of hot zones help add fire res), also when eating after getting max fire resistants eat a L elemental defence meal.

I run 12 decorations on armor stacked with 3 fire res , 3 blast blight res , 4 defence, a friendship, and a agitator gem. usually takes a while even the basic lunestra.

Why blast resistance? Pretty sure she doesn't use blast blight.

I use ice hammer with Immunity and Fire mantles, but a lot of times Luna goes crazy and doesn't let me stand up, I get unavoidable hit every time till I faint... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Like, what the hell is that? There is no evade window good enough...

Funny enough, I beat quest with Tempered Nerg/Luna/Teo. But always struggle with one Luna quests.

I was just failing a quest with Luna right now, and I'm so salty... Forcing to pick ranged weapons is not a good monster design.

Sorry if it's too hard, might want to go play fartnite or pubeg, it's easier and maybe up to your level. Honestly, stop complaining and start observing. Is it hard? Yes. Impossible, definitely not. It's not even about skill, it's just patience and timing.

try getting wind res into your build. that's what usually causes the string of ccs into death for melee users. I used to have issues with her but now I eat her allive with DB and hammer

My gunlance allows me to shell her body without damage loss. The shelling is also a nice option to have for infinite thrust combos when she's standing and infinite full burst combos when she's knocked down.

That being said, I'm also running Elderseal, which means that I'm usually sacrificing some damage for the chance to apply Elderseal anyway.

first an AT above insanity and now this... i wonder if this a new meme here.. I can't kill it then is above insanity and not the obvious answer. I can't kill it then i need to learn more. But welll i had kill all solo, well except KT, with IG so i think is a versatile weapon if want try it i can say some tips.. but i not do armor tips.. really i just play for the good looks so i dont like make mix sets for decrease kill counts...

Try dark devourer sticky and cluster bombing. You can kill tempered lunastra in 5 mins.

she does have blast almost constant. the flares around her are potential blast blight. she is basicly a teistro upgrade.
