[SUGGESTION] Please improve the equipment chest box limit.
Dear Capcom, I don't know if you hear me on this forum thread, but deep in my heart I would like to tell you the equipment box limit (currently 40 pages for a total of 1000 elements) is clearly not enough to fit a large number of equipment. I am struggling with the last page (already on page 40) and find it hard to fit all the Kulve Weapons I've grinded. And now that AT and Behemoth are coming, I don't even know how I will be able to fit their armors into my chest.

As we are on a next-gen game, I would sincerely appreciate you improve this limit to at least another 10 pages ; even a few would be necessary (with Iceborne coming, I sincerely hope such an improvement is coming anyway, I just wouldn't be able to play it without this).

I don't know where I can submit suggestions like this one to the development team but I feel like this is the best place to start with.

TL;DR : too few space in equipment box, time to lift that limit up !

They typically increase the equipment box cap when they release expansions, other than that they are very unlikely to ever see this post.

theres literally no point in keeping obsolete gear.

Why would you keep all that trash? Atleast sell the duplicates, if you would do you would still have plenty of space.
Seriously you seem like you have a serious hoarding issue. Hope that doesn't mean you have one in real life too.

@smug, I'm a fashion hunter, so I mainly play to get as many different outfits as I can. With collecting _just_ high rank armours, as well as only one of each of the end of each upgrade tree in just one weapon path, as well as charms and a handful of Kulve weapons that are worth keeping, I'm out of space.
This is a game that rewards you for playing by giving you materials to make new armour, weapons, and decorations. I have no space to store any more armour, weapons or decorations.
Perhaps you can tell me why I would bother to keep playing if the one thing I play to do is no longer available?
Selling what I have is not an option - as stated my specific reason for playing is to obtain these things, there would be zero point in selling them once I had them...

sooooooo your saying you keep low rank armor? why? the high rank version of it is identicle,
and more powerful.

why own all pieces of an armor that isnt great, when there is a layered set for it so you can wear any piece you want over the top of whatever you can actually use?

i get the whole fasion hunter thing but theres being reasonable then there is being stubborn. keeping anything not worth hunting in opposed to upgrading it to a better version and selling off the old one to make room for everything else.

it'd be like if i kept 6 of the same Kulve Rare 6 weapons, even if i got the better Rare 7 or 8 version of it. they look the same but one is clearly inferior where it counts and is otherwise identicle. its the definition of hoarding.

You are neither understanding his point nor are you respectful towards his way to play the game, but I get your point however. I personnally have chosen to sell out the non-event low rank armors and all Kulve rare 6 weapons, but even with that, the box is still full as hell.

The main point is that you can't just get all items you want because of an arbitrary decision to give only 1000 slots to players (maybe save cloud save space ? that's the only reason I foresee). I personnally think they put an arbitrary limit (because you need a limit anyway) and thought 1000 would be a good number, where you would need at least twice that to cover all pieces of equipment the game has to offer.
