Big Gold Crown Kirin Bugged?

I have over 250+ Kirins killed, I skipped like 100 quests where Kirin was very small. In total over 18 hours of farming Kirin.I killed a lot of them where the size was very big, and the head of my character didn't touch the belly of that Kirin. Still, I cant get my gold crown.
654.24 is my biggest silver size.
I do not think this is normal. Anyone with the same trouble? Way too bad RNG for being real.

Its bad RNG; There's a mod you can install that increases the chance greatly of either a small crown or gigantic crown Kirin will spawn if youre that desperate

Nah... I don't mind grind. But at this level it looks very stupid. 20 hours for 1 crown is a non sense

After farming every achievement long ago, I can tell you that it is in fact RNG. My gold and small crowns were got with roughly 60 kirin. But, I'm starting to think that AT Elders might have more size in general. 10 AT Kirins, 2 were silver crowns, 1 was golden crown (comfirmed by some friends, since I couldn't see his size) and at least 1 was really big (after the second silver crown, maybe it was a third but can't know).

Well, I got nothing to lose. I will farm AT Kirin then, and hope for the best.

Better to farm for Tempered kirin.
Got mine after 7 tries when I was hunting for Gold crown

tempered and arch tempered have a much higher chance for gold crown since gold crowns have more defense and hit harder, I got my gold crown kirin shortly after I got an investigation for tempered kirin ages ago

Just bad RNG. Took me less than 35 tries to get both crowns myself, meanwhile it took me over 140 to get both Black Blos crowns.

I'm absolutely sure that there is a bug related to the size readout and visual size.
I had a tiny tiny vaal hazak and it only got a silver small crown.
Then right after I got a gold small crown from one that looked normal.

For normal diablos you can do the quest "Wildspire Bolero", which is avaliable right know. Higher chance of crown for those monsters. You just need to enter, kill diablos and quit.

Never heard of a silver small crown either. All the small crowns I've got were immediately gold.

That is mind blowing to me. I could have sworn I got miniature silver crowns.
Is there a chance that there are small silver crowns listed after a quest, but not on the guild cards?
Maybe it is yet another glitch.
