If that doesn't work, Delete your entire GAME-FOLDER, nuke it, delete it from your hard-drive and if for some unholy reason lingers in your garbage-bin, delete it from there as well, and then just to be extra sure, format your hard-drive so it's completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ empty, then re-download the entire ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing and stay away from mods in the future unless you actually intend to keep track of how you're messing with the games files so you can undo what you did if something goes awry with your game.
This is a common problem for people who use mods that alter the monster-icons in some way. Usually solved by following the instructions of the mod author, or in this specific case, the post above this one.
Guys, modding is great! But for real tho', you gotta start paying attention to what you are doing! You save yourself so much headache if you do!
necro in the way.
