How to unlock Banquet of earthen hall

You can't, actually, not anymore. You have to do 'The Fury of El Dorado' instead.

Though, sort of regardless. It should be:
1. Reach HR16 or Higher
2. Find Kulve Taroth tracks in Expeditions or Optional Quests
3. Speak to the Admiral once he has a blue '!'
4. Head to the Gathering Hub

One further thing, Kulve Taroth's Siege rotates with Safi'Jiiva's. When one is available the other isn't. At the time of writing Safi's is currently up so Kulve's won't be available for another 4-5 days.

So the Banquet event ia doesnt exist anymore and it replace with the guru event? And if i want to join the MR kulve taroth event in future, i just unlock the fury event right?

banquet in the earthen hall was pre-archtempered. now the only available kulve taroth hunt is the arch-tempered one. which, you want to do that version anyway. way better rewards odds with the kjarr weapons and such.
