Frostfang Absolute Art on Safi Weapons?
Hello could anyone confirm if it is possible to get the Frostfang Absolute Art Bonus on Safi Weapons? Also on another note, is it possible to get Agitator Secret from Raging Brachy on Safi Weapons?

No, you cannot get any of the set bonuses from the monsters that came after Safi.
