Don't cherry pick monsters, most have decent areas for everyone.
And I will not pay a tax so little Timmy can feel like an anime character.
Good chance for mounting
So instead of "paying tax", your solution is to fight with your teammates so everyone does less damage?
Sadly it is not. Typically you are launched away from the monster and most weapons have no directional control while airborne. On top of the increasing resistance to mounting that monsters have, this uppercut can knock you out of anything. Doing one instance of mounting damage is not worth losing a Zero Sum Discharge or True Charged Slash. Not even close.
Ah yes, no one dare attack the weakspot with the highest hitzones on the majority of monsters because the Hammer user refuses to slot Flinch Free.
My solution is simple; don't trip me and you don't get to visit my space program.
I show respect by not using rising slash, destroying my own combo in the process for the good of others. Why can't they do the same and simply move to a different body part? There's usually 4 limbs and a head, plenty of space for everyone.
if you see me and im next to the monster and just finished a combo. punt me in to the air so i get a shot at a mount.
otherwise please dont
Do you people read what you post? Oh my god, knowing that there is players that think as you do, scares me like hell.... this is a game and, from the moment that you decide to go multiplayer you know what you should be expecting. If you are the quest leader do whatever you like but don't stand that posture when other people may be helping others... with that attitude you only prevent people from doing damage.
Anyway, why don't you just play solo? it should solve all your ploblems.... and you also don't bother other players....
Learning the dos and don'ts of multiplayer interaction is basic courtesy after all, if they can't, it's them who should be playing solo.
