is this quest, even possible to solo?... we can talk here all day about previous run killers, but this, this seems like an absolute troll, when the 2nd Rajang came in and the 1st one was still up..

If this is aimed for groups and if anyone wants to join. edit: beat it just now, so it's all good..

Use the gate to separate them. And if you truly can't deal with both of them run away and try to get some hits until you can use the gate again.

Just beat it now.. I was trying to get that event quest done and, this was something.

I guess this event quest makes for some good Rajang practice.

It absolutely is. The Rajangs can actually hurt each other.

It's not that hard to kill the first one before the second rolls in.
And since they can hurt each other, and actually do decent damage, you can just wait for one to knock the other down and get hits in.

I managed to cheese it a bit by fighting the first Rajang exclusively ten feet from the knee high wall side wall. It may not be reliable, but the second Rajang stayed on the far side of the arena and I managed not to draw it's attention for a little bit. Thanks to that I got it the first one beat down enough that I could keep track of it by the broken horns to finish it off when the monkeys hit the fan.

The rajang do also damage each other, this doesn't make it a ton easier, but once the second monkey comes out, I like to focus on it, letting the beat up one live as long as possible, as they knock each other down and deal damage ;D

it is possible to solo but it was not easy for me. had both at the same time. i am noob just built a raging brachy weapon this was the first run of the event for me

Yeah. I just sort of take my time fighting him, and when the second one arrives I just sit back and let them beat the crap out of each other. At that point one should be easy to take down and you can focus on the other whose most likely worn down pretty good.
