You can obtain obtain layered armor through certain quests or events. AT elders usually have a layered armor that can be crafted with their tickets for example.
You can also craft layered versions of every HR armor with materials obtained from the Guiding Lands. There are some AT elder sets as well, which require tickets obtained from the AT elder that the armor corresponds to.
MR layered armors are coming, but you'll have to be patient as this content will probably have suffered a delay due to the current pandemic.
There's no way to obtain every single armor in one go, so you'll have to wait for the events to come back. The Guding Lands do not have any restriction associated with them so the HR layered armors can be obtained at any time!
I hope this answers your question!

Really easy to use.
If you don't want to use it because it's not legitimate, then say it that way.
It eventually won't matter and I'm sure there's plenty of posers out there who think Transmog makes them a Fashion Hunter, but for now that's just the way it is.
That's basically the reason why I didn't mention it. I always assume people want to play the game legitimately unless specified otherwise.
Everyone is free to make their own decision on whether or not to use mods such as this, but I'll leave that to their own discretion.
actually the best part about this is there is the fav's section of the layered armor in game.
you only really need to get stracker's and transmog working once. then just spend like 30 mins or whatever making the 20+ sets you desire and save them within the game. then you can uninstall stracker's and don't need to use transmog cause its already saved in the game.
