or does it disapear after the day due to the holiday event

Daily during festivals, weekly every Thursday at midnight UTC otherwise

During events its replaced with the gold melding ticket that you can use at the melder to get a rare decoration.

In case you don't care about rare decorations and prefer to actually get daily celestial wyverian prints you can follow this method:

Ah the daily might be an error cause they don't give out celestial daily. Looks like i missed the thursday and festival looks to overwritten it oh well

during the festival the celestial ticket is added to the bonus loot table. Every time u get the red border and correctly guess the sequence, that is a chance at a celestial ticket. If you are using the 10x bonus you can actually get 10 of them from one of these if you are lucky.
