Cannot Join MR KT

Hi,

Playing with someone who wants to do MR Kt, they cant join the quests, error says "have not progressed enough in story". they are nearly MR50?

I believe you have to have completed the HR Kulve Taroth siege at least once before the MR version becomes available. Your MR needs to be 24 or higher to be able to access the quest as well.

Do you meet both of these requirements?

They probably havent done regular KT come to think of it - we blasted straight through to MR after Xeno... will run him through, thanks! :)

Not sure if you have to actually do the siege, but you definitely need to find the golden tracks (maybe needs an expedition) and then talk to the admiral. Essentially the prequest to access the siege.

Need to get a move on if you plan on doing it though. Will be swapping to safi in just under 3 hours.

I can confirm that you don't need to do regular KT. I never did it and I could join MR KT

You don't? I'm positively sure that you have to do the HR siege at least once, as a friend of mine couldn't do MR Kulve untill he did the siege quest. I'm not sure whether you actually have to complete it, but you have to encounter Kulve Taroth at the very least.

Did you complete the quest that leads up to the siege perhaps? The one where you have to find the golden tracks and talk to the admiral? Maybe that's the requirement.
