limited bounties

I'm early into the Iceborne story and I'm trying to go through the event limited bounty quests. The problem is I can't see the 5th one. It's marked with "????". I know that it's probably because I haven't reached the content in the story yet but I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me how far in the story it is. I'd like to be able to do the event content without having to rush through iceborne.

My regular handler just left and I have the serious handler as my temporary partner if that helps gauge where I am. Also, is there any other way of getting sizzling tickets that don't include the bounties or having the passion armor?

It's a creature that comes after you finish the Iceborne story, and unlock the location you can first encounter it in.

It would be annoying to find most of the time but there are now multiple Event quests featuring it so you will be able to hunt it as soon as you reach MR 24 or so.

You'll obtain Sizzling Tickets merely for logging in each day, you only need something like 5 for the armour and 6 for your Palico, so even if you do none of the bounties you should be able to make everything if you are sure to log in almost every day during the two week festival.

Not sure about the VIP tickets, but you can earn plenty of them helping players who are lower rank to you (now including players who are Master Rank, but a lower MR than you too) if you're looking to grind them, otherwise they'll appear at a fairly steady rate from completing just about any quest, especially when wearing the Passion armour.

Just to expand on this a bit, there’s a fast way to get the VIP tickets once you have the armor set crafted (assuming this still works the same as the other festivals). You can keep doing the frostbite flora quest (the one to gather plants in hoarfrost), there’s 2 right outside one of the camps and this set is actually a pretty good gathering set. Pair it with the master gathering charm for faster gathering and you can finish this quest in under 2 minutes. You won’t always get the VIP tickets but with it only taking 2 minutes to do the quest you can still get them pretty quickly.
