I'm running on Dx 11
Disable volumetric rendering completely. This setting tanks your framerate, even on high-end systems.
Disable any overlays that are running in the background such as the Steam overlay or the Discord overlay.
Let me know whether this works! If it doesn't then I might have a few other things that you could try.
just how can i turn DX 12 on ?
I have to dowload it somwhere ? I'm on windows 7
You can activate it in the game itself. It's in the graphics settings.
I just noticed that youre still on windows 7 though so I'm not sure whether it will work.
Is the setting available to you or is it greyed out?
No it's greyed out, only works under windows 10 !
I've disabled volumetric rendering and any overlay...but i can't tell if it works or not...it seems very unconsistent.
I've just tried a session with 1900x1080 resolution and high texture quality, no stutter at all.
But then i re-launched the game, did the same part again (arriving in Asteria) it stuttered.
My UC use is aroung 85%
My VRAM is only used at 40%
And my Ram at 50% (7Gb out of 16)
someone understands ? :D
Thanks for all your advices guys !
U CAN DO ONE THING.. undervolt ur cpu.by using intel xtu. and try to change to windows 10. why are u even using 7?
also i have a way to fix this. pm me. cant write that much now
That's just not true as many people play this game completely stutter free, myself included.
There is absolutely no evidence to support this claim.
