Zero Sum Discharge
With the SA what is the easier way to perform Zero Sum Discharge ?
On Xbox controller is it claw clutch (L + B) and then Element Discharge (Y + B) ? Or simply Amped Element Discharge (Y + B) ?

the clutch claw into zsd is generally the best due to it being able to do the same amount of damage, able to target the area you zsd, and the clutch version doesn't lose sharpness per tic like the the non clutch.

element dishcarge when the sword isn't charged is really good at charging the sword mode.

So when the sword isn't fully charged u can element discharge then clutch claw then full element discharge ?

yes, that is a great way to build up your charge, and if you're looking to do a zsd based playstyle, once your sword is charged you can start using your normal clutchclaw and you'll be able to zsd from any clutch while your sword is charged.

I'd suggest trying to slot in power prolonger 3 into any swaxe build. If you can get focus, you'll be able to quickly build up sword charge with special attack strings and not necessarily need to use element discharge ever to build sword charge.

as far as I remember they only changed the fade slash in axe form to 1 straight upward slash instead of 2 crossing slash.

The easiest way to pull off ZSD is just hitting your primary and secondary attack buttons at the same time. Once your Amped meter is full, then you can rely on the Clutch Claw to allow you to stick to monsters more. Remember to have earplugs 1.

It improves already existing dodges, as well as a much stronger backroll you can do.
