What's the best monster for leveling Volcanic region

I wanted to test some builds for Alatreon but ran out of tempered Rajang mats. It's at 4 right now but I'm only getting like 25% per hunt and getting this to 7 sounds extremely unenjoyable with my current progress.

monsters that can only be found in the volcanic region will give the most progress and using traps or having your palico with the flashfly cage (for the shock trap) will level a region faster. Easiest monsters for volcanic would probably by Dodogama, Lavasioth or Brachydios.

As annoying as it may be, I found Lavasioth and Brachy to be the most effective. Maybe toss a Dodo in there every now and again for change of pace. Uragaan works nicely too if you don't mind all the rolling around he'll be doing

Dodo is the quickest.

Each region one monster that is weak and specific to the region like Great Jagrass in the forest. Summon it, beat it, trap it, beat it some more, collect shinys, beat it, trap it, beat it, collect shinys, beat it, trap it, kill it, collect shinys, report. Rinse and repeat.
