Paolumu wing?

The delivery quest for the iceproof mantle asks for a Paolumu Wing, but looking at the hunter notes for Paolumu's loot, there is no Wing, only a Webbing.

High rank monsters have differing drops from the low rank monsters in the sense that they have different names, so it's likely the item you're looking for is at a different tier of monster

Basically you need to fight a high rank paolumu for it. Low rank does not drop it.
