Is HH's Dragon Wave Echo more elemental damage than Echo Note?

Now I'm terrible with calculating this kind of stuff but assuming you're using a dragon element horn, it seems like the Dragon Wave should do a decent chunk of dragon element damage no?

AFAIK the dragon echo Wave scales with your dragon element AND a bit of your raw attack power (not much, i think 0.3?).

The impact echo wave on the other hand only scales with raw, but also does more stun damage

Yes I know what the echo waves do. What I'm curious about is if the elemental damage it does, is greater than the elemental damage of the echo note spin. In other words, is it actually worth using on Alateron when using a high dragon horn, or is echo spin still better.

If you wanna go for elemental damage then the spin is by far the better option dps wise, you still need to hit both ofc
