There's Kirin Armor, which is basically a bikini, and there's things like buff armor, (almost naked guy/girl) but that's all on the top of my head, plus the armor actually makes sense, or is more of a armor dress I guess, either way, very little fanservice, mostly conventional armor

Edit: if you truly need the stats (those are important obviously) then there is layered armor, you can layer something else on (or if you think the design is just ugly)

I would exclude Kirin though as well as the Bone set, Kulu set, etc., these are both the same level of nakedness either way, like the bone coil, or the powerful Kirin Vest. (which is pretty cool, not gonna lie)
You're right though, a lot of them look alright, I guess it's just the Nergigante one which looks more like an empty chest slot. The Teostra crown is kinda lame too, looks more like a Palico helm, but I guess that's just me.

Seething Bazel armour will keep you warm even at near 0 K, that thing has a nuclear engine built in.

Instead almost every armor has some stupid design to show skin, brb gonna fight nergigante with my thighs and belly exposed!... Still waiting for a modder to do lore friendly armors.
