Can I play this game Offline and in SIngleplayer without other people?

The game is online by default, but you can create a private invite-only session so nobody joins you. If you're in an online session and don't want to play with others, you can also set the max hunter limit to 1 when you start a quest. That makes it so nobody can join your quests.

If you have no internet connection, the game will automatically go Offline and still be playable.

I don't know how Denuvo works with purely offline experience in this game, it will probably prevent you from playing at some point if you don't use the internet at all.

For the game itsself, it is perfect for solo. Actually, it should be considered a solo game with optional co op, there are very little things that are designed purely for co op. Solo is the way to go for a lot of people, for a lot of different reasons.

That's what I like about monster Hunter that 99% of the game can be played offline. Not that I need it anymore

the only quest/events that are almost impossible to solo are kulve taroth and safijiva in iceborne.

You can complete this game 100% without the need of internet if that's what you asked. You'll miss out on event quests and patches if you don't connect from time to time though.
