Any way to disable shadows?
As the title asks, is there any way to turn off shadows, whether it be a mod or otherwise?
I've got a pretty darn potato laptop, and while I'm able to get the game to run at playable levels with some slight workarounds I've currently got going on, being able to disable shadows completely'd boost that framerate substantially, if every other game I've played has anything to say about it. (I know basing games' performances off of other games isn't the most valid comparison, so take that as you will).
Anywho, if anyone has any tips on this, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you for taking the time to read this! (also, just in case anyone suggests upgrading to a new computer, trust me, I would if I could, but I'm a teen with no money and that ain't my highest priority currently)

It is? Unless you mean another shadows option in the advanced settings, the lowest it'd put shadows at was "Low", sadly.

Then you might not be able to turn them off completely. If you need to save some frames turn off volume rendering quality and anti-aliasing.

I have anti-aliasing off, but I haven't touched volume rendering quality (I usually assume sound doesn't take much processing power to be processed) so I'll try that out, thank you!
Edit: Ah, wait, nevermind, I thought "Volume Rendering" was audio-related. I did indeed turn off volumetric fog rending, too. Darn. Still, thank you for taking the time to help!

Turn off volume rendering quality. It add fogs to the environment and hit performance real hard.
Look into the special k fix mod. There's also one that eliminates fog effects to save frames and performance. Good luck buddy

A honest question, why did you think an audio setting is being put in the graphics setting is not an odd thing?

Nah, I figured that an audio setting (aka in the audio options) was for some reason, really processing power heavy. Obviously a very odd thing if that were the case, but still.

Where would I be searchin for mods? All I know about is Nexus, and I couldn't find anything to turn off shadows there, and no amount of google searches I've done has found me anything, sadly.
