Horned tyrant, still no charms?

I finished the Story quest "Horned tyrant beneath the sands" but the power and armor charms haven't appeared in the stockpile. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

I am pretty sure they will pop up after a council meeting, most city upgrades do.

Have you beat both and had the Zora meeting? Or they migh pop after Zora?

I've finished the main game and i'm currently grinding for Tempered Kirin. My friend who is at the same point as me has them, but I don't and the Wiki says you get it after the story quest to kill LR Diablos

Go to the Research Base. Might be someone there who gives you a charm. I can't recall...

Armor Charm and Power charm are both from the merchant. Craft those with the BazelGuese Talons for the upgraded Power talon and Armor Talon. And yes. they stack.

I believe OP is referring to the actual CHARMS equipment... not the items in your pouch.

Might have to do some optionals to make them appear. Strange that they're not there though. You're sure you checked every page of the Provisioner? I don't mean to imply you didn't. Just making sure.

They show up after you beat Zorah Magdoros (HR6). So, they're there... at least they should be.
