Discord? (Also Connection Issue's still?)

Is there a large public Discord for this game?
I still have problems connecting to people and people being able to join my SoS flares.
But I can start a mission with anyone just fine as long as in same session ID and begin together, but the second it becomes a mission already started I can't join.
Attached is a Screen Shot of what I get when looking for any SoS Flares or trying to join a Session ID quest already in effect.
I have been in chat with my friends before, they just used the flare or I am in the session ID with them and they can be the only person in their quest and I still get this message for me not being able to join it.

So the reason I ask about a public discord would be looking for people to play with.

If you had to scroll down there then the room would already be full before you have a chance to join it.

Treat joining quests as a race, search for 9 star investigation and enter one based on quest level, then adjust armor before going ^^;; silly system

I stated in my post that I have been in voice chat with my friends, and I can see their username in the section like in the screen shot above, they are literally alone in the quest and I still get this error.
Since day one of PC launch I have had this when searching for both SoS flares or even doing Session ID "Available missions".

In the same session you should be able to join from the quest list without them sending SOS.. If that don't work then there is something really wrong.

From the number of quests in the picture I take it that it is an SOS search, and a threath lvl 2 quest fills up pretty quick, so it doesn't matter if he is the only one in the list, as the queue could be full before you could scroll down to it. It doesn't update the list as it get filled, it displays as it was when you did the search.

The one I am hovering over is a threat lvl 2 quest, but every quest in the screen shot is greyed out, including normal garbage investigations, also I don't have to scroll to it becuase my search setting was setup for Investigations as the search criteria.
And yeah, like I said even when I check "available missions" in the same session ID with 1 person in the mission I still get these errors.
I have looked everywhere without any solution to this, why I am reaching out to the community about it if someone else has had same issue or a fix for it

Edit:
If the quest had filled up since I opened the loading screen it would still give me the option to join it, but it would just give me a connection error upon joining into it, it wouldn't tell me the quest is unavailable, because the investigation screen doesn't update in real time.
