Canteen Delivery Quest not spawning

I have gained every canteen item except for the fatty tomato that has a delivery quest associated with it. Unfortunatley I can't get the actual quest to spawn. I have completed all of the optional quests along with all of the other deliveries and critical bountys. Does anyone know a fix?

You probably have to find the item first. In this case I believe it's a lava nugget you need? That's from mining an Uragaan belly / back when it falls over. Try obtaining one first and then see if the quest spawns to turn it in.

Yea I've actually already farmed the item multiple times but it still hasn't come up... got like 15 lava nuggets in my inventory....

SOLUTION FOUND!! for me at least!! So I thought to myself since its a delivery and you have to talk to the A-lister npc they have to have specific spawn conditions. Somehow it popped into my mind that the very first original living quarters were shared! So I went to the penthouse, which I'm assuming everyone did immediately after it was unlocked and switched back to the original quarters and boom there he was!! Got the Delivery done and back on track to getting everything complete! Hopefully this works for everyone else!
