Hi, if have abotu 14 of them.. should I be saving them or something..
Also, if I use it first does other nutrients stack on top of it?

considering how annoying Kelbi Horns are to get I'd advise saving them for when you cart and cannot eat yet on an especially hard fight...

You can make an item loadout of stuff you actually want to have in your inventory so when you load that item loadout it throws everything not part of it back to the box

An ancient potion will max out your HP bar completely, so no, nutrients will not stack on top of it.

If you save loadouts you can quickly revert to that. Doing so will dump any items that aren't in the loadout into your item box. You can Manage Inventory from the tent on a hunt or expedition to quickly do so.

Just use max potions to max out your health if you cart.

Since ancient potions max out both your health and stamina bar, I use them solely for when I cart. Max potions are reserved for "oh crap about i'm about to cart" moments.

kelbi horns are easy to get with a bow ark shot 1 time and even the females drop a horn almost 100% of time , i can get 20 in maybe 5-10 min like this. drops as a shiny so be aware and look on ground for it with bow method.
